- Anyone can get any of the services. No membership needed.
- THRIVE includes special pricing, standing discounts, a more traditional PCP set up where you pay to go or prescription medication for weight loss.
- ELEVATE starts the DPC+ membership with more accountability for your health and better access. Some labs and other things included. Lifestyle medicine makes an appearance.
- OPTIMIZE at this level we really get into your business and really hold you accountable. A bit of a functional medicine flavor.
