At Alive and Thriving Healthcare, our mission is to help you live with less pain, greater mobility, and a better life through personalized, integrative care — combining advanced therapies, hands-on treatment, and a whole-person approach that supports healing, function, and long-term wellness.
Our pain relief services are guided by the expertise and compassionate leadership of Dr. Kimberly Milliff, DO, whose osteopathic training emphasizes treating the whole person — not just symptoms. With a deep understanding of how structure, movement, and lifestyle influence pain, Dr. Milliff leads our team in delivering thoughtful, individualized care designed to restore comfort and function.

Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy uses gentle, skilled techniques to improve alignment, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal. OMT is tailored to each patient and can be especially helpful for musculoskeletal pain, stress tension, constipation and functional restrictions.

Therapeutic Botox refers to the medical use of botulinum toxin injections to treat certain health conditions by relaxing overactive muscles, reducing nerve signaling that contributes to pain, and improving function — rather than for cosmetic purposes.

Joint injections are a precise, minimally invasive option to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and improve mobility in areas such as the knees, shoulders, hips, and spine. Whether you’re dealing with arthritis, injury, or chronic joint irritation, injections can help calm flare-ups and support your return to daily activities.

This specialized treatment focuses on relieving muscle tension in the neck, jaw, scalp, and facial muscles that often contribute to headaches and migraines. Combining Hungarian massage techniques with targeted neck work helps reduce trigger points, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

ATH encourages checking with your specific insurance company regarding coverage.
ATH has a Board Certified physician who leads all of the medical care that we provide. All of our professionals are Board Certified in their respective industries. Injections are done by Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, all who have had additional training.
In regards to pain relief, the first step is to schedule a consultation appointment with Dr. Milliff. She will give you a thorough assessment and together, you will come up with a plan that works best for you.
Absolutely! This is something that makes ATH unique. We cross train our interdisciplinary team to be able to offer you the best combination(s) of services. Injection of Toradol (ketorolac) and OMT? Yes. OMT and and IV? Of course! A facial after OMT? Absolutely!
Not yet. Unfortunately. We have not been able to find a Licensed Massage Therapist that fits our vision and vibe. Know someone? Send them our way!
