Real Talk
No matter your path, you need to start at the beginning. We start together when you come in for your consultation.
This is when you do an InBody assessment and we evaluate your results. Your vital signs and measurements are taken. A full medical history including medications, supplements, allergies, past surgeries, and family history are all reviewed with you.
This is also when the real talk happens. After an assessment of your current activity levels, exercise levels, and your nutrition habits, we discuss what changes you are realistically willing to make.
Together, we make goals that are achievable, measurable, and that truly fit into your life.
With a plan in place, labs will be ordered through LabCorp. You can do these at whatever LabCorp location is most convenient to you.

Comprehensive Plans
Our BCI plan does include weekly semaglutide injections in-office. Every time you come, we will talk about your goals, successes, barriers and whatever else related to your health. We take your vital signs and you can do InBody as well. Other perks of our program include:

After the first 4 weeks, MICC injections are included! Three amino acids: Methionine, Inositol and Choline with Cyanocobalamin (B-12) work together to target fat deposits in the body, to burn and release fat while increasing energy and metabolism.
Semaglutide
Semaglutide belongs to a class of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor antagonists. You may have heard of them as GLP-1's. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, released in the gut in response to eating. It also works on the brain to release the response trigger the feeling of being full.
Semaglutide is a titrated medication. This means that the dosage is started low and increased in increments. As long as the medication is being tolerated, it will be increased (doubled) every 4 weeks for the first 4 months.
We require a 3 month commitment in order to really get you on your journey. Most people stay on the medication for a year to optimize their results and then titrate down to lowest possible maintenance dose or completely off the medication.

Weeks 5-8 = 0.5 mg weekly
Weeks 9-12 = 1.0 mg weekly
Weeks 13-16 = 2.0 mg weekly
