Semaglutide belongs to a class of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor antagonists. You may have heard of them as GLP-1's. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, released in the gut in response to eating. It also works on the brain to release the response trigger the feeling of being full.

Semaglutide is a titrated medication. This means that the dosage is started low and increased in increments. Everyone starts the first 4 weeks at 0.25 mg. Starting at week 5, the medication is adjusted based on YOUR body, response and needs.

Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation. This appointment lasts approximately an hour and costs $100. Labs are ordered via LabCorp. This allows for a better picture of your health. It is possible to use your private insurance for this. Monthly, the cost is $400 and the price does include the compounded semaglutide/B-12.

It is possible to use your private insurance for this. Monthly, the cost is $400 and the price does include the compounded semaglutide/B-12.
We require a 3 month commitment in order to really set you up for long term success. Most people stay on the medication for a year to optimize their results and then titrate down to lowest possible maintenance dose or completely off the medication.
