Comprehensive Care Membership
Purpose
Our Comprehensive Care Membership was created out of necessity. It is for people who have health insurance that covers weight loss medication (especially Wegovy or Zepbound) but cannot or do not want to get it through their primary care provider. The CCM is popular because of the accountability we offer and the additional perks.
Consultation
Each perspective CCM patient starts their journey with a sixty minute consultation ($100). This includes going over health history, goals and measurements. We use InBody to focus more on Body Composition Improvement, not just weight loss.
If you have current lab work, it is possible that we can initiate treatment by referencing those values. If not, we will order labs through LabCorp and yes, you can use your insurance for this.
What's Included in the CCM?
Alive and Thriving Healthcare offers are CCM patients a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is also a Health Coach! Patients meet with her every four weeks as a check in and also to refill prescriptions. These accountability appointments are via Zoom.

The Fine Print
Here is what you agree to:
- Having and keeping a Primary Care Provider
- Three month minimum agreement
