Osteopathic Manipulation Therapy (OMT)
OMT is performed at ATH by Board Certified Physician Dr. Kimberly Milliff. OMT uses gentle, skilled techniques to improve alignment, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the body’s natural ability to heal.
Initial Consultation - 75 minutes
Head-to-toe OMT assessment
60-minute follow up appointment
45-minute follow up appointment
30-minute acute visit
For patient who already had a consultation and plan in place that have an acute issue not included in plan
Therapeutic Injections
Not to be confused with aesthetic or cosmetic injections, these types of injections typically treat pain and are medically necessary.
Trigger point injection
Injections into "knots" in muscles to relieve pain and tension. Lidocaine is typically used. For those sensitive to lidocaine, saline can also be used.
Steroid joint injection
Triamcinolone acetonide (Kenalog) injected into joint for pain relief. Typically done to shoulders or knees. Please inquire regarding other joints.
Therapeutic Botox injections
Masseters (TMJ, teeth grinding, etc). 40 units total. 20 units on each side.
OMT and therapeutic injections may be covered by insurance. ATH recommends checking with your insurance company first. We are more than willing to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company.

Can be done in clinic or at LabCorp. Prefer them to be done fasting.
Female Pellet Placement
Approximately every 3-4 months
Male Pellet Placement

Approximately 2 weeks prior to next pellet placement
