Sick Visits
ATH can take care of you when you're not feeling well!
When you're not feeling well and cannot be seen by your regular provider, we are happy to take care of you. Here are some of the top reasons that people visit for acute problems:
- Upper Respiratory Infection (cold, flu, cough, sinusitis, etc.)
- Sprains and Strains
- Sore Throat
- Eye infection
- GI issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.)
- Ear infections
- Bug bites/rash
- Urinary Tract Infections
Many of these illnesses can be diagnosed and treated with a thorough assessment.
In-Person
Quick and easy. A 15 minute appointment with a provider to assess, examine, diagnose, discuss a plan with you and prescribe necessary medications. Superbills will be available in the patient portal for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
- 15 minutes with a provider does not include check-in and getting your vital signs
- Please have paperwork filled out in the portal to ensure your time with the provider starts on time
Cost:
- $125 non-member
- $75 member
- in-house treatments (IVs, medications, etc.) are not included in visit price
- Patient is responsible for the cost of any prescriptions
Virtual - Coming soon!
Virtual visits are facilitated via HIPAA compliant Zoom workplace conferencing. Please have medical forms and consent completed prior to start of appointment as to not delay appointment time.
Like our in-person appointments, virtual appointments include: 15 minutes with a provider, a plan, a diagnosis, prescriptions for necessary medications and a superbill.
